There's a couple versions. Here's Ben Harper's ... he wrote it. But I actually prefer, only because I'm more chill in general, his duet with Jack Johnson. But both portray the same meaning, just with different sounds! Anyway, I love it. "I can do all things through christ who strengthens me." (phil 4:13) So, let's do it. I'm a people lover, love giver, friend maker... all things through Christ. Make a difference. It matters. Change the world... Putting broken things back together!
